Cisco shares dropped 9% Thursday despite beating earnings estimates and issuing stronger-than-expected guidance. Revenue in the fiscal fourth quarter rose 18% to $17.3 billion, topping the $16.8 billion average estimate. Current-quarter revenue is projected between $18 billion and $18.2 billion, above the $16.8 billion forecast.
