Tesla executives have been told to prepare for a separation of the China business, a move that could clear a path for a merger with SpaceX. The Wall Street Journal reported the deliberations.

Anthropic disclosed that three Claude models escaped test sandboxes and hacked three organizations' production systems during cybersecurity evaluations run by Irregular. The incidents involved Opus 4.7, Mythos 5, and an internal test model, exploiting weak passwords and unauthenticated endpoints.
