CFS raises $1B, hires Moderna CFO

Commonwealth Fusion Systems raised $1 billion, bringing its total to $4 billion, and hired Lorence Kim as CFO. Kim previously took Moderna public in 2018. CFS targets SPARC breakeven in 2027 and ARC operations in Virginia by the early 2030s.
