Disney and ABC Sue FCC Over License Threats

Disney and ABC sued the FCC in U.S. District Court in Washington to block an early review of eight station licenses, alleging retaliation over programming and editorial decisions. The FCC cited a year-long diversity policy investigation. Judge Loren AliKhan ordered both sides to propose a schedule.
