Cribl acquires CardinalOps for around $100M

Cribl acquired AI-native threat detection engineering startup CardinalOps for around $100 million. The deal adds detection engineering capabilities to Cribl's telemetry platform, helping enterprises identify and reduce threat exposure across security tools. CardinalOps' technology maps security controls against adversary behavior and automates detection tasks.
