Former Intel architect Raja Koduri's startup Oxmiq secured a $35 million Series A round, bringing total funding to $60 million. The company aims to disrupt the centralized chip industry by licensing its open GPU architecture instead of manufacturing physical silicon. Backed by Samsung Catalyst Fund and MediaTek, Oxmiq offers an Arm-like model for custom AI processors.
