Accel raises $3.5bn across four new funds

Accel raised $3.5bn across four funds: $1.35bn for global expansion, $800m for US startups, $800m for Europe and Israel, and $550m for India. The Europe fund, its ninth, grew from $650m, matching the US fund for the first time.
