Google's scraping lawsuit against SerpApi dismissed

A U.S. district court dismissed Google's DMCA lawsuit against SerpApi for scraping search results. The judge ruled that URLs and links are not copyrighted and that Google failed to show it acted on behalf of copyright holders. Google has 21 days to amend its complaint.
