Instagram cuts reach for unlabeled AI profiles

Instagram is renaming its AI creator tag to AI-generated profile. Unlabeled accounts featuring fake humans will see reach and recommendations throttled, though affected accounts can add the label or appeal via Account Status. Creators using AI only as a tool don't need the label.
