Debian votes to let contributors code with AI

Debian contributors may now use generative AI in their work after the community voted for proposal E, "Responsible Use of Generative AI." Nearly 450 valid votes were counted, and the policy neither endorses nor prohibits AI tools while holding contributors fully responsible for quality and legal compliance.
