Morphotonics Raises €40M for AR Waveguide Manufacturing

Morphotonics, a Veldhoven-based maker of nanoimprint lithography equipment, raised over €40 million in Series B funding to scale production of machines that manufacture waveguides for AI glasses and AR headsets. Existing investors 3M Ventures, Innovation Industries and BOM returned, with state-backed Invest-NL as a major new backer. The company says revenue tripled from 2024 to 2025.
