The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles confirmed its DAVID driver database was breached after the ShinyHunters group claimed to have stolen over 200,000 records. The agency's investigation found the attacker used compromised credentials from a single Plant City Police Department user improperly stored on a personal device.
