Apple momentarily became the world's most valuable publicly traded company after its market valuation surpassed Nvidia's. The two have since traded places. Apple's stock has risen about 20% since June 25, pushing its valuation near $5 trillion. Saudi Aramco remains the most valuable company overall but is largely state-controlled.
