SpaceX officially closes its Cursor acquisition

SpaceX officially closed its acquisition of AI coding startup Cursor for $60 billion. Cursor will gain access to SpaceX's computing infrastructure, which the company describes as the largest fleet of GPUs in the world, and which it rents to customers including Anthropic and Google.
