Santander Gives AI Tools to All 185,000 Employees

Santander extended AI tools to all 185,000 employees as of Monday, aiming to generate over 1 billion euros in business value from 2026 to 2028. The bank already had 40,000 employees using AI and saw 35 million euros in value in the first quarter of its measurement period.
