OpenAI cuts AI prices up to 80%

OpenAI slashed prices on smaller AI models by up to 80%, cutting Luna's input cost to 20 cents per million tokens from $1 and Terra's to $2 from $2.50. The flagship Sol model's price remains unchanged.
