A homegrown sneaker brand raises Rs 100 cr

Comet raised Rs 100 crore ($10.6 million) in Series B funding led by Verlinvest, with Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and angel investors participating. The sneaker brand will expand from 10 to 20 stores and double its footwear lineup to eight models.
