Velocity raises $38M for stablecoin payments

London-based startup Velocity announced a $38 million Series A funding round led by Dragonfly and Firstmark, with participation from Coinbase, Capital One Ventures, QED Investors, Activant Capital, Ripple, and Wintermute. The company helps businesses integrate stablecoins into payments and plans to expand into Africa and Latin America.
