Apple shipped 6.7 million Macs in Q2, a 10.1% year-over-year increase, lifting its PC market share from 8.5% to 9.9%. Global PC shipments fell 4.9% to 68.2 million units. Lenovo, HP, and Dell all posted declines. Apple raised Mac prices at the end of June, and IDC expects the memory shortage to continue until early 2028.
