GCC Rejects Significant AI-Generated Code Contributions

GCC adopted a policy rejecting substantial code contributions generated by or derived from LLMs, including code later edited or rewritten by humans. Exceptions exist for trivial changes and copyright-significant AI-generated test cases, provided LLM use is disclosed.
