Kontext Raises $4M for AI Agent Runtime Security

Munich-based Kontext raised $4 million led by 42CAP, with a16z CSX and HTGF, to expand its runtime security platform for AI agents. The software sits between agents and the systems they act on, checking each requested action against security policy using the agent's identity, task and target resource, then blocking unauthorized actions before they execute. Teams can first run it in observe mode.
