PhysicsX raises $300M at $2.4BN valuation

PhysicsX, a London AI engineering startup, raised $300 million in a Series C round at a $2.4 billion valuation. The round was led by Temasek with backing from Nvidia, Applied Materials, Atomico, General Catalyst, Siemens, and new investors M&G. The valuation more than doubled from its previous $1 billion valuation.
