Patterns hide cars from Flock cameras

Cybersecurity researcher Bill Swearingen's noRecognition uses reinforcement learning to generate patterns that hide vehicles from AI detection. After 31 million tests, a wrapped 2009 Toyota Yaris defeated Flock's license plate reader at DEF CON, though cameras still record footage. The patterns beat 11 open-source detection algorithms.
