SickKids breach exposes employee and applicant data

SickKids disclosed a cybersecurity incident exposing personal information of current and former employees at SickKids, Boomerang, and SickKids Foundation, plus job applicants. The breach stemmed from a third-party software vulnerability; clinical systems and patient records were unaffected. Affected individuals received 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring.
