DOJ backs xAI in Minnesota nudify ban fight

The Justice Department filed a statement of interest backing xAI's First Amendment challenge to Minnesota's HF 1606, which bans AI nudification tools and carries penalties up to $500,000. A federal judge heard arguments Wednesday and will rule soon on xAI's preliminary injunction request.
