Microsoft targets 8GB RAM in Windows 11 fix

Microsoft is optimizing Windows 11 to run better on 8GB RAM systems, reducing the OS memory footprint. Windows chief Pavan Davuluri outlined the work, which also includes faster File Explorer, more control over Copilot AI integration, widgets, and taskbar orientation.
