Say hello to Claude Wrapped

Anthropic released a Reflect dashboard for its Claude chatbot, offering users a usage analysis over the past month, three months, six months, or year. The feature shows key topics, task types, peak usage times, and allows setting quiet hours or break reminders. It is available in beta for free, Pro, and Max subscribers on web and desktop.
