Two UK men, Thalha Jubair and Owen Flowers, were sentenced to five years and six months for the 2024 cyberattack on Transport for London. The Scattered Spider group caused $39 million in damages and was linked to extorting dozens of companies. The arrests effectively dismantled the group, Microsoft confirmed.
