Nvidia builds 1-trillion-parameter Nemotron 4 model

Nvidia is building Nemotron 4, a 1-trillion-parameter AI model designed to rival open AI models. The company also launched Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, an open mixture-of-experts model, expanding its Nemotron family with both dense and MoE architectures.
