Samsung clarifies health data AI consent

Samsung clarified that a recent Samsung Health notice was a misunderstanding. Health data collected for AI training is separate from primary health data. Withdrawing consent deletes only the AI training data, not existing health data. Samsung is improving the notice text for clarity.
