Harvey hits $15.5B valuation, months after reaching $11B

Harvey raised $550 million in a funding round co-led by Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners, bringing its valuation to $15.5 billion. The legal AI startup has now raised over $1.55 billion total and recently launched its first in-house model, Harvey Tenet.
