Judge Halts Pentagon Ban on Alibaba

A federal judge in San Jose ordered the Trump administration to stop enforcing a ban prohibiting the Pentagon from doing business with companies lobbying for Alibaba on Monday. The dispute began in June, and Alibaba dismissed dozens of Washington lobbyists. WuXi AppTec won a court order in August.
