GitHub launches stacked pull requests in public preview

GitHub released stacked pull requests in public preview, allowing developers to break large changes into small, reviewable PRs that merge in one click. The feature works with GitHub Copilot, CLI, and mobile app, and supports merge queues rolling out over coming weeks.
