Cult.fit files IPO papers for Rs 950 crore

Cult.fit filed a draft red herring prospectus for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of Rs 950 crore and an OFS of up to 178.6 million shares. The fitness platform plans to list on the BSE and NSE. Chiratae, Temasek, and Hrithik Roshan are among the selling shareholders.
