Slackbot gains full Salesforce ecosystem access
Salesforce announced that Slackbot now has full access to the entire Salesforce ecosystem, including Tableau, Data 360, and Agentforce. The AI assistant can reason over the platform, allowing users to perform Salesforce actions through Slack chat. Slackbot also integrates with third-party agents from Anthropic, Vercel, Shopify, Box, Zoom, IBM, and others.
