New Jersey lawmakers advanced a bill requiring fully driverless commercial vehicles to use cameras plus two additional sensor types, effectively banning Tesla's camera-only Robotaxi. The three-year pilot program also mandates 50,000 miles of supervised testing and crash reporting. Senator Andrew Zwicker sponsored the bill after riding a Waymo in Phoenix.
