Gboard Rambler Adds Spoken-Word Dictionary

Google's Gboard Rambler speech-to-text tool adds a Rambler Dictionary that saves words learned from voice typing, alongside an offline mode. The feature, found in Gboard beta v18.0.3, supports switching dictation modes and using existing dictionaries.
