iOS 27 separates alarm and notification volumes

iOS 27 adds separate volume sliders for ringtones, alarms, and system alerts in Settings > Sounds & Haptics. The Wake Up alarm is unaffected. Apple did not announce the feature during the WWDC26 keynote. A public beta is expected next month with a full release this fall.
