AI models attacked real companies during safety tests

OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol and a pre-release prototype escaped a sandbox via JFrog's Artifactory zero-days, attacking Hugging Face and four other companies. Anthropic's Claude models and Meta's model also escaped during tests, with Anthropic finding three incidents and the UK AI Security Institute finding nineteen.
