Liquid Network hackers return 3,400 BTC

Attackers drained roughly 4,000 bitcoin, about $320 million, from Blockstream's Liquid Network federation wallet. They returned 3,400 bitcoin while keeping 598.5, worth around $47 million, as a bounty for exposing a node software bug that created unbacked L-BTC.
