Fiat is developing an Abarth version of the Topolino quadricycle to attract 16- and 17-year-old buyers. Regulatory limits cap the electric motor at 8 hp, so the sporty edition will focus on styling upgrades rather than performance. Fiat's European chief said the goal is to make an "Abarth feeling" for the Topolino.
