AMD Zen 7 Epyc Florence Arrives in 2028
AMD CEO Lisa Su announced the Zen 7-based Epyc Florence processor family for 2028 at the Advancing AI event. The roadmap extends to Zen 8-based Ravenna Epyc in 2030. AMD also detailed the MI500-series Instinct accelerators and confirmed the CDNA Next-based MI600 family is in development for 2028.
