Anthropic: Iran, Houthis Used Claude for Targeting

Iran-linked actors and Houthi forces used Anthropic's Claude AI for military reconnaissance, weapons development, and domestic surveillance. One group used Claude to target U.S. naval forces in the Middle East, combining ship transponder data with satellite imagery and extracting names of U.S. personnel from public photos.
