Nitter resumes after X Corp cease-and-desist

Nitter will continue following legal advice, reversing its shutdown after X Corp's August 24 cease-and-desist letters. The repository is live again, and the XCancel public instance is operational, though nitter.net has not yet resumed normal service. Maintainer zedeus promised a fuller announcement within a week.
