Cascade Raises $3.5M for Construction AI

Cascade, a London- and New York-based startup using AI to predict construction projects before they go live, raised a $3.5 million seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz Speedrun. Founded by Hannia Zia and Joana Ferreira, the platform has surfaced over $10 billion in project opportunities for clients including firms that built JFK and LaGuardia airports.
