Scanwheel: DIY Drum Mechanical Television

Scanwheel is a drum-style mechanical television built with a Raspberry Pi Pico, an A4988 motor driver, and a 21-02485 stepper motor. It displays five 20x20 pixel images using persistence of vision, with a color center and black-and-white side windows.
