Apple is capping security researcher bug submissions because low-quality AI-generated reports are clogging review. Italian startup Bynario found a serious macOS vulnerability via ChatGPT but couldn't report it; CEO Alfredo Pesoli estimates its black-market value at $100,000 to $200,000. Apple has since contacted Bynario.
