GitHub disables Microsoft repos pushing password-stealing malware

GitHub disabled 73 Microsoft repositories across Azure, microsoft, Azure-Samples, and MicrosoftDocs after a threat actor reused unrotated GitHub Actions secrets to plant the Miasma worm. The incident disrupted Azure/functions-action workflows. All repos have been restored and are considered safe.
