CriteriaCaixa rebrands VC arm with €300M target

CriteriaCaixa renamed its venture arm Criteria Capital Risc, targeting €300 million in early-stage biotech and deep tech investment by 2030. The capital runs through two evergreen vehicles, Criteria Bio Ventures and Criteria Venture Tech. Nearly 70% of the portfolio is held in Spanish companies, with Portugal, Europe, and North America treated selectively.
