Uber and Wayve launched Britain's first autonomous ride-hailing service in London on 3 September, using 15 Ford Mustang Mach-Es with trained TfL-licensed safety drivers. Rides cost the same as UberX, Uber Electric, or Uber Comfort, and over 140,000 Londoners opted in.
